What we keep, and what we don't
Plain English, because privacy policies should be readable. This covers the assessment conversation and nothing more. There is nothing else to cover.
The assessment conversation
When you begin an assessment, the conversation is recorded from the start under an anonymous browser session. No name, no email, no account, just a session identifier held in your browser so the conversation can continue where you left off.
How long we keep it
An anonymous assessment conversation is deleted after 30 days unless you provide an email address. If you give us your email, so that we can send you a proposal, the conversation is linked to that email and kept so we can follow it through. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How the assessment works behind the scenes
The assessment is conducted with the help of AI, processed through Anthropic’s API. Your conversation is sent to Anthropic solely to generate the assessment and is not used to train their models. It is never sold or shared for advertising.
No cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. We use cookieless, aggregate analytics only: visit counts and page popularity, with no profile of you and nothing that identifies an individual.
Measuring our advertising
If you arrive from one of our adverts, the advert’s click identifier is recorded alongside your assessment and shared with Google Ads for one purpose only: to tell us which adverts lead to a genuine enquiry. It is not a cookie, it loads no third-party script, and your conversation itself is never shared.
